In today’s Operation Health@Home training, Home Base Southwest Florida’s Jaime Fernandez will guide us on a workout focused on speed, agility, and quickness. You will be required to use an agility ladder and markers for cone drills, but we’ve got some DIY at-home solutions to get you started.
